What do after I do after I have an accident?
First, you will need to call the local Police Department, so that you can get an accident report. Then, you will need to call your insurance agent and tell the agent that you were in an accident so that a claim can be started. The next step is to stop and see us for an estimate.

How soon will you be able to repair my vehicle?
We are usually able to schedule repairs within one week, after getting the okay from the insurance company.

What insurance companies do you work with?
We will work with ALL insurance companies, we are also more than happy to help people that are paying for the repairs themselves.

What do I do if my vehicle is not drivable?
You can have your vehicle towed directly to our facility. We will pay the tow company and then the insurance company will reimburse us for the expense.

Do you have a rental car for customer use?
We do not have a rental car, but there is a car rental business down the street.

How much is an estimate?
All estimates are free.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No, all estimates are done on a walk-in basis.

How long will it take for an estimate and will I have it when I leave?
It will take less than 15 minutes normally to write your estimate and you will take it with you when you leave.

What should I do with the estimate?
You can take it to your insurance agent or we can fax it to them for you.

Will the new paint match the paint that is on the car already?
Yes, the paint will match, if it is a difficult color to match, our paint supplier will take a picture of the paint and tell us how to mix the correct color.

How long will you have my car?
The average repair takes about 3 days, larger repairs will take longer.

Is there a warranty?
We do warranty the repair as long as you own the vehicle, only on the paint and parts that are replaced. There is no warranty on rust repair.
